Requirements Discussion: A dedicated project manager liaises with the enterprise to understand requirements — headcount, role hierarchy, budget range, timeline. This phase establishes the tone and standards for the entire project.
On-Site Measurement: Measurement schedules are planned based on headcount and locations — QINUO dispatches a fitter team for on-site service. A 100-person team typically takes 2–3 days for full measurement. Fitters bring complete fabric swatches and color cards — fabric and style selections can be made on-site.
Individual Production: Each person gets an independent pattern, identical to individual bespoke. No process simplification just because it's a 'group order' — this is QINUO's non-negotiable baseline for group custom.
Phased Delivery: Delivered in batches by department or floor, each batch with a dedicated contact for fitting. Any fit issues are noted on-site, sent back to the factory for alteration, and re-delivered within a week.

Three Key Decision Points for Group Custom
Fabric tier: Choose based on company positioning — management can opt for domestic pure wool (from ¥2,980), staff can choose yarn-dyed fabric (from ¥1,480).
